The process is very similar to filling a cavity in a tooth. First, we assess the type of stone chip that is there and then we drill the impact point of the break to create a clear path way for the vacuum cycle where all moisture and debris is removed. Then we apply a pressure cycle. During the pressure cycle a polymer resin is injected into the chip. Once the chip has been filled, the resin is cured with a long wave ultraviolet light.
